Mindful Mamas

Mindful Mamas is an 8-week program that equips mothers to embrace the joys and challenges of motherhood and its impact on our identity, our expectations, and our relationships.   

Come join a small group of moms in a peaceful settings, as we learn tools to practice mindful parenting, while discussing how to find balance and navigate hard seasons. The class is limited to 10 moms and babies ages 5 - 15 months.

Meets on Thursdays, 10:30am-11:45am, from May 24- July 12.
